To help preserve the durability, structure, and shine of your Jes Wellis pieces, we recommend the following care instructions:

Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals and keep it as dry as possible.

Contact with creams, makeup, and perfumes may reduce shine; we recommend wearing your jewelry after these products have fully absorbed.

Store your pieces in a cool, dry place—preferably in their box—to protect them from damage.

To prevent tangling, ensure necklaces and chains are fastened when stored.

CARE & REPAIR PROCEDURE

All purchases made through jeswellis.com include 1 year of warranty coverage for maintenance and repair services.

Our after-sales services include:

Resizing

Cleaning and polishing

Gold micron plating renewal

Technical repairs

Products outside warranty are assessed by our atelier, and the repair fee is shared with you prior to beginning the process.
Once approved, the repair begins.
Repairs are evaluated individually and typically take up to 2 weeks to complete.

When the repair is finished and the final quality check is completed, you will be informed, and your item will be shipped to the address provided in your request form.

CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:

Any repair or maintenance performed by a third party,

Damage, deformation, or loss determined to be caused by the user.
