RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please email your request along with your order number to [email protected].
If your order status is “Shipped”, cancellation cannot be processed; in this case, you may initiate a return once the product has been delivered.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund instruction is sent to your bank.
Refunds are typically processed within 1–10 business days, depending entirely on your bank’s internal procedures.
2. Return Conditions
You may return products purchased from Jes Wellis within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product tag has been removed,
The product has been used, stained, or damaged,
The product has lost its original condition (deformation, scratches, bending, etc.),
More than 14 days have passed since the invoice date,
The product is no longer in resellable condition.
Returned items must be sent in their original condition, including the product itself, invoice, certificate, warranty card, and any gift items (if applicable).
The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Jes Wellis.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Exchange Process
Exchange requests sent by courier are processed after the product arrives at our address.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative.
For discounted purchases, the exchange will be made according to the promotional conditions valid on the date of the exchange.
If the selected replacement item is priced lower than the original purchase, no difference refund will be issued.
4. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for the following items:
Rings produced in custom sizes,
All earring products, due to hygiene reasons.
5. Product Inspection & Refund Process
Once your returned product reaches us, it is inspected by our team, and you will receive an email confirming receipt.
If your return is approved, the refund process will begin, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 1–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
